Vice President, Structured Finance - Infrastructure SCIB Country: United Kingdom Join our community. Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customised services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs. The Infrastructure Structured Finance team is the front office origination and execution team covering Infrastructure financings across the UK, Republic of Ireland and Nordic region for lending, and covering a broader region for financing advisory projects. The London team is complimented by teams in Madrid and the combined European business is a true market leader, with 1-3 positions by volume/number of deals in both lending and debt advisory in Europe. The UK team has 7 individuals, and the new hire will compliment these existing resources. You'll primarily support the debt advisory segment of our business as well as underwriting and lending projects. This includes strategic planning, selling, marketing, personnel management, client relationship management, and vendor/partner management, as well as oversight of professional services activities. Requirements

  • ● Extensive experience in a similar role within Structured Finance
  • ● Deep infrastructure sector knowledge and interest
  • ● In-depth understanding of debt, equity and derivative markets and solutions
  • ● Demonstrable track record of building productive business relationships
  • ● Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts to a senior audience
  • ● Modelling skills and proficiency in MS Excel
