THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (ACPM area) is looking for a Transaction Admission Analyst based out of Boadilla del Monte office. As a Transaction Admission Analyst, you will gain broad exposure to Santander CIB's transaction pipeline and work closely with product, coverage, risk and finance teams. You will support the analysis of different transaction structures, assess their profitability and capital implications, and contribute to the development of tailored solutions that help ensure each deal is aligned with Santander CIB's strategy and the Bank's risk and return objectives.   • ● Professional Experience
  • ● years of professional experience in consulting, audit, banking, lending, or reporting-related functions
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field
  • ● Master's degree in Finance and/or Data Science (Preferred)
  • ● Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
  • ● Basic understanding of financial products, particularly loans, bonds and credit derivatives
  • ● Familiarity with profitability and risk-return metrics, regulatory capital concepts and financial reporting standards, particularly IFRS
  • ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • ● Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in applying AI to data analysis, process automation and the preparation of business insights (Preferred)
  • ● Basic programming or data analysis knowledge (Preferred)
  • ● Curious and proactive team player with strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, who is eager to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
