To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for the End to End of Back leverage transactions either non recourse or partial recourse format.

  • ● Professional Experience
  • ● + years of experience in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination and underwriting across EMEA.
  • ● Strong track record in structuring and executing complex financing solutions for institutional clients.
  • ● Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate and manage transactions with a disciplined risk framework and strong focus on execution quality.
  • ● Master in Finance or equivalent
  • ● English (Required)
  • ● Spanish (Preferred)
  • ● Structured finance and structured credit
  • ● Origination, underwriting and execution of complex transactions
  • ● Risk management, hedging and restructuring
