Requirements

  • ● Overall professional IT experience about 6 year.
  • ● At least 4 year experience on Pega Systems Solutions (N2 - SSA Senior System Architect, N3 - Lead System Architect).
  • ● Strong technical skills ready to be a Senior Process developer, being a reference for his-her colleagues.
  • ● International experience
  • ● Understanding and/or experience in Financial Service industry.
  • ● Knowledge in several kind of BPM Technologies such as APPIAN, Outsystems, TIBCO, etc.
  • ● Proven initiatives in Technical Communities, Start-ups, etc.
  • ● Degree on Engineering,Technology Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemical, Statistical, etc.
  • ● Any specialization or sound experience on subjects related to Technology engineering.
  • ● PEGA - at least N2 or N3.
  • ● Database design / SQL.
  • ● Git / Github.
  • ● Jenkins / Cloudbees.
  • ● Agile Methodologies and tools (Scrum, KAMBAN, Jira, Confluence).
  • ● Languages: English and Spanish (fluid written and oral).
  • ● BPM Tools (Appian,TIBCO IProcess / AMX, ).
  • ● BPMN / CMMN.
  • ● EAI Tools (TIBCO BusinessWorks).
  • ● Decision Management Tools (ODM, Drools, ).
  • ● Low Code Frameworks (Outsystems, ).
