Responsibilities

  • ● Turn customer needs and market insights into clear priorities for a global product portfolio. We're looking for a collaborative and commercially minded Product Manager who brings people together, creates momentum, and turns ideas into action.   • ● About the job You manage and develop parts of our global Down the Hole (DTH) product portfolio throughout its lifecycle. Working closely with customers, sales areas, R&D and Operations, you drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing our offering and turning customer needs into business results.
  • ● Job responsibilities
  • ● Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the DTH strategy.
  • ● Drive new product introductions and manage the existing portfolio.
  • ● Follow market trends, competitors and customers need to identify opportunities.
  • ● Actively engage with sales areas and customers to identify business opportunities, initiate customer trials and drive activities that support business growth.
  • ● Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • ● Build relationships and drive collaboration across functions and divisions to develop complete solutions, strengthen customer value propositions and turn opportunities into action. Location This position is based on-site in Sandviken. International travel is included to meet customers, sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • ● Your profile You have a background in product management, sales, application engineering, engineering, or a similar field. More important is your ability to understand technical products, recognize commercial opportunities, and make progress together with others.

  • ● A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • ● Technical understanding combined with a strong customer and business focus.
  • ● Fluency in English.
  • ● You're energetic, proactive and collaborative, with a strong drive to achieve results. You enjoy building relationships, working with others and finding solutions. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, combined with the confidence to challenge the status quo, is essential.
