Remote Monitoring Engineer : Screens and Feeders

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, and at least two years' experience in the mining industry. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of vibrating screens, mining plant processes, condition monitoring, and digital monitoring tools. Experience in troubleshooting, servicing, designing, or selling screening equipment will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver's licence, and the ability to travel within the EMEA region when required. Purpose of the role: Enhance customer relations through technical expertise and asset performance monitoring with ACS-s and SAM, while providing technical support for remote monitoring agreements and stakeholders in Sales Areas The job responsibilities: EHS Responsibilities (supported by EHS department):
