- ● Currently, we have an opening for a Product Technical Specialist - Heavy Equipment for ITH Drills. The Product Technical Specialist - Heavy Equipment is responsible for providing high quality product technical support for Sandvik internal personnel and external customers, and for developing the technical competencies of both internal and external personnel.

- ● What you will be doing
- ● Training technical teams in sales areas and end customers in digitalized and automated underground mining environments with focus on underground drilling equipment
- ● Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems.
- ● Provide guidance to internal stakeholders through product training and technical support
- ● Troubleshoot, investigate, resolve, and develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise.
- ● Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.
- ● Monitor and resolve recurring more complex problems, collaborating with internal technical team, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- ● Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships to secure and develop future business.
- ● Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
- ● Environmental Health and Safety
- ● Adherence to the Sandvik Environmental, Health & Safety Policy.
- ● Attending health and safety related trainings.
