Responsibilities

  • ● RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and property finance loans.
  • ● What will you be doing
  • ● Other responsibilities include;
  • ● Oversee daily loan account payments, ensuring adherence to AML/CTF legislation, and upload and advance new loan files within compliance guidelines.
  • ● Reconcile loan clearing and general ledger accounts, monitor and investigate overnight error reports, and address reconciliation challenges.
  • ● Manage loan account closures, process Consumer Credit Insurance refunds, and manage direct debit authority forms.
  • ● Lead stakeholder management with internal and external teams, conduct quarterly reviews of procedure manuals, and implement and assist with training for process changes.
  • ● Perform daily data entry for loan refinanced journals and cheque repayments, respond to member payment queries, manage inboxes, and escalate significant repayments for AML/CTF issues.
