Responsibilities

• ● Join the RAC Insurance Claims team and know you are making a genuine difference to the lives of our members Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most.
• ● We have a full time position available on a Permanent basis and a 12month Contract/Secondment basis.
• ● We offer attractive working hours which is structured as follows:
• ● Week 1 - 7.30am - 3.30pm (West Perth Office based)
• ● Week 2 - 9.00am - 5.00pm (Working from home)
• ● On a daily basis you will be contributing by:
• ● Managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation
• ● Identify potential recovery action as part of effective claims management
• ● Review quotes and authorise repair costs
• ● Negotiate on settlements for claims
• ● Act as a technical referral point for internal teams
• ● Provide empathy, understanding whilst handling complex conversations
• ● Consistently provide service that exceeds member's expectations
• ● Identify continuous improvement initiatives
