About the Company
Located opposite the calm, sheltered waters of Emu Point, Rose Gardens Holiday Park offers the ideal base for exploring the stunning Albany region. An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parks All Rounder to join our friendly team on a casual basis. This role would be ideal for locals or someone looking to relocate from Perth - own accommodation is required due to limited onsite accommodation for staff. If you are passionate about tourism, travel, and great customer service, this could be your next big adventure What does every day look like for you As a Parks All Rounder at Rose Gardens Holiday Park, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional holiday experiences for our guests. Every day will be different as you jump between a variety of hands-on tasks that keep the park running smoothly
Responsibilities
- ● Either working in Front Office, Grounds & Maintenance or Housekeeping.
- ● Welcoming and assisting guests at check-in, offering friendly service and local insights.
- ● Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of cabins, amenities, and public areas.
- ● Supporting basic maintenance and gardening duties to keep the park safe and beautiful.
- ● Assisting in reception as needed, including handling bookings and retail sales.
- ● Working collaboratively with a close-knit team to ensure a memorable stay for every guest.
- ● Whether you're cleaning, fixing, serving, or smiling-your work helps create a great holiday atmosphere in one of WA's most beautiful coastal locations.
- ● What are we looking for
- ● General hospitality experience
- ● Outstanding customer service skills.
- ● Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
- ● Previous experience using RMS and/or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
- ● Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
