Responsibilities

• ● RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.
• ● We are currently looking for a casual Housekeeping Supervisor (with the possibility to go full-time) to join our team This role would suit a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth.
• ● Join our close-knit team in this exciting role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors.
• ● What will you be doing
• ● Lead our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities
• ● Plan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks.
• ● Ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.
• ● Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.
• ● Train team members.
• ● Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
• ● What are we looking for in you
• ● Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor role
• ● Previous leadership experience
• ● Strong time management skills
• ● Computer skills
• ● Driver's License is essential
• ● Keen eye for detail.
• ● Ability to lead a team
• ● Ability to multi-task
• ● Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
