About the Company

Senior Software Engineer (AI products) Epsom, Surrey and Barbican,London Hybrid Working (One office day per week) Permanent Full-Time Competitive salary available, depending on experience 37.5 hours per week We are seeking Senior Software / AI Product Engineers who can identify, design, build and put into production AI-powered tools that solve real business problems. Working in a forward-deployed model , you will partner directly with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback. The role combines hands-on software engineering, data integration, automation and product thinking, with success measured through adoption, reliability and measurable business value. Successful candidates will be comfortable taking solutions from concept through to production, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment to cloud infrastructure, monitoring and operational support. You will own the full lifecycle, combining strong software engineering fundamentals and practical application of AI technologies with cloud and DevOps expertise to deliver value quickly and safely. While AI-assisted development is central to the role, this remains a hands-on software engineering position requiring strong coding, architectural and operational capabilities. Requirements

  • ● Building data dashboards, reporting platforms, commercial and analytics products or operational tooling.
  • ● Developing solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage and managed database services.
  • ● Relational and non-relational database technologies, Data Engineering, Machine Learning and LLMs.
  • ● Event-driven architectures, messaging platforms and system integrations.
