Responsibilities

  • ● As a Duty Manager you will:
  • ● Be responsible for the smooth running of our club
  • ● Be responsible for opening and closing of the club
  • ● Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • ● Motivate our customers to improve their health and fitness
  • ● Identify what people want from their gym membership and deliver the packages that suit their needs
  • ● Spend time in the local community, creating events and visiting businesses to raise awareness of everything we offer
  • ● Develop a sales-focused culture throughout our club
  • ● Inspire and encourage the team to work together to achieve our sales targets
