Responsibilities

  • ● rt infrastructure, office renovations, roofing, utilities, sustainability initiatives, and site infrastructure upgrades. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise, stakeholder management, and project leadership in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
  • ● Major accountabilities:
  • ● Develop and manage civil and infrastructure projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing and research facilities.
  • ● Prepare technical concepts, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project scopes.
  • ● Coordinate engineering activities with production, maintenance, quality, EHS, utilities, and external contractors.
  • ● Ensure project execution complies with GMP requirements, safety regulations, and applicable building codes.
  • ● Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement activities, and contractor performance.
  • ● Support all project phases from concept development through engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • ● Review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and contractor deliverables.
  • ● Contribute to site master planning and support strategic investment projects.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Construction), Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent.
  • ● Knowledge of construction methods, structural engineering principles and building regulations.
  • ● Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • ● Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, food industries.
  • ● Industrial buildings, utilities, warehouses, cleanrooms, foundations, steel structures, roofing, HVAC support structures and site infrastructure projects.
  • ● CAPEX project management and contractor management.
