Job Description Summary The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished products within the warehouse. Coordinates shipments based on customer and internal order requirements and maintains accurate inventory and transaction records in SAP. Job Description LI-Onsite Location: Morris Plains, NJ Shift: Friday - Monday 8:00AM - 6:30PM Relocation Support: This role is based in Morris Plains, NJ. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support: please only apply if accessible. Major accountabilities: Ensures the proper handling of raw materials and products in the warehouse -Prepares shipments according to NVS and GMP standards Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods. May include imports/exports. Unbossed mindset. Keeping the warehouses orderly and audit ready at all times. Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment. Inspect and verify material, labels and documents for completeness and accuracy Transfer material to proper storage areas. Movement of materials with accuracy and in accordance with SOPs to ensure continuous production. Ability to work in a variety of climate-controlled environments from refrigerated areas to freezer areas. Ability to continuously repalletize a variety of materials and various weights with 100% accuracy on labeling those components. Work well under pressure and with minimal supervision. Willing

  • ● The salary for this position is expected to range between 41,100 and 76,300 per year .
  • ● The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
