Required Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields) 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or engineering environments Strong leadership and people management capabilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in a manufacturing environment Native Thai speaker with good communication skills in English Preferred Experience leading shopfloor teams in manufacturing environments Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies Fresh graduates with outstanding leadership experience and strong potential are also welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- ● Managing daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- ● Leading and developing operator teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- ● Monitoring production performance and implementing corrective actions when needed
