About the Company
Required Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields Experience or strong knowledge in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, productivity improvement, or continuous improvement Knowledge of time study, capacity analysis, workforce planning, and productivity analysis Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with shopfloor and cross-functional teams Business proficiency in Thai and English Preferred Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Responsibilities
- ● Identifying and implementing productivity and performance improvement opportunities
- ● Conducting activity analysis, time studies, and workload assessment
- ● Developing and maintaining activity and performance monitoring tools
- ● Supporting the Site/Activity Progress Plan and contributing improvement opportunities
- ● Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
- ● Ensuring Industrial Engineering standards, methodologies, and fundamentals are sustainably applied
