Responsibilities

• ● Learn and support day-to-day operations in the assigned department as per the rotation plan.
• ● Assist in production activities, process monitoring and achieving shift targets.
• ● Support quality checks, inspections, sampling and documentation to ensure product conformity.
• ● Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
• ● Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, 5S and company policies at all times.
• ● Maintain accurate shift reports, logs and records.
• ● Participate in training sessions, improvement activities and shift handovers.
• ● Report any abnormalities, safety hazards or quality issues promptly.
• ● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production or a related discipline.
• ● Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
• ● Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• ● Good communication and teamwork skills.
• ● Discipline, punctuality and attention to detail.
• ● Adaptability to work in a plant environment.
• ● Rotational 3-shift schedule (including night shifts) and shop-floor working.
• ● Willingness to rotate across departments as per training plan.
• ● Compliance with PPE and safety norms.
