Responsibilities

  • ● Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure plans are executed effectively.
  • ● Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and internal KPIs.
  • ● Supervise staff and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
  • ● Handle and resolve issues related to physical operations and system transactions.
  • ● Support new projects by setting up processes and standardizing procedures.
  • ● Propose and implement improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
  • ● Review non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • ● Maintain and update training materials and conduct regular training for operators.
  • ● Oversee operator/DC staff performance to ensure adherence to standards.
  • ● Update work instructions and processes per customer or operational requirements.
  • ● Achieve customer KPIs, departmental KPIs, and support business targets. REQUIREMENTS:
  • ● Experienced in working with warehouse operating systems such as WMS, TMS, etc.
  • ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • ● Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • ● Flexible, team-oriented, and able to communicate across all levels. BENEFITS:
