About the Role

Responsibilities

  • ● Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Python, VBA, and other relevant technologies.
  • ● Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and user-friendly automation solutions.
  • ● Monitor automation performance in the production environment and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • ● Explore and apply AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort, accelerate task completion, and improve operational decision-making.
  • ● Track the benefits delivered by automation initiatives, with a primary focus on hours saved and FTE efficiency.
