Responsibilities

  • ● Partner with Sales to manage and support strategic customers. Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention, growth, and positive customer experience. Understand customer goals and align internal teams to deliver on commitments.
  • ● Customer Success & Issue Resolution
  • ● Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant Maersk products and solutions. Drive customer satisfaction and successful execution of customer solutions. Proactively address customer pain points and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • ● Commercial Process Management
  • ● Coordinate customer allocation and ensure commitments are met. Support Ocean tender activities and follow up with Sales and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate Logistics RFI/RFP, contracting, and contract renewals in line with pricing guidelines.
