Responsibilities

- ● Documentation:
- ● Handle HBL/CBL of Export Shipments, including but not limits at creation, verification, Shipping Instruction submission to carriers, Validating documentation. Ensure document quality and timeliness.
- ● Follow IOP/SOP in document handling process.
- ● Ensure operational KPI is adhered with and successfully delivery
- ● Coordinate with other stakeholders and resolve issues to ensure DOC available and correct during transportation.
- ● Manage exceptions in daily operation.
- ● Other Responsibilities:
- ● Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.
- ● Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.
- ● Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.
- ● Critical Competencies
- ● At least 01 - 03 years' professional working experience at similar operation role(s) in freight forwarder.
- ● Understanding and hand-on experience in LCL operation and documentation is a big plus.
- ● Language proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.
- ● Details orientation
- ● Logical thinking
- ● Process & System Knowledge
- ● Stress Management
- ● Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...), Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.
