Finance Operation Agent (Temporary Contract)

Responsibilities

• ● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute FINOPS tasks including rate management, service to charge consolidation, Account Receivable & Account Payable follow up with professional pro-active manner.
• ● Ensure all FINOPS activities are conducted in compliance with SOP/ IOP.
• ● Take ownership of the customer/ carrier issues and solve issues in an urgent and responsible manner.
• ● Closely monitor and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve and sustain FINOPS KPIs.
• ● Look for improvements in ways of working and drive for service delivery excellence.
• ● Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.
• ● Other Responsibilities:
• ● Resolve daily operational issues and ad-hoc cases, escalating when necessary.
• ● Propose solutions and options to customers; support customers and other teams in resolving issues and handling exceptions.
• ● Take initiative to improve daily operations in terms of both productivity and work quality.
• ● Act as the focal point for projects, migrations, or new account implementations.
• ● Perform other relevant tasks or projects assigned by leaders.

Requirements

• ● Graduated from relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance major with minimum 6 months internship experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered).
• ● Detail oriented, hardworking and have high commitment to the job.
• ● Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• ● Language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese,..) is a plus.
• ● Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...). Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.
• ● Passion in working with process, system, finance with a careful sense.
• ● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• ● Proactive and quick learning, positive attitude, strong mind of improvement.
• ● Able to coordinate with team in works and engagement events.
• ● Good communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
• ● Teamwork, can coordinate with teammate for common goals.
