Requirements

  • ● Strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • ● Ability to drive performance of direct reports and lead a team in a lean manufacturing environment
  • ● Prior air freight, LTL, or cross-dock experience is required
  • ● Must possess demonstrated leadership ability
  • ● Knowledge of proper freight handling techniques
  • ● Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations
  • ● Must be flexible to work weekends and nights
  • ● Forklift and general freight handling experience

  • ● The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
