• ● Analyze and document current-state processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
• ● Support the design and implementation of future-state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
• ● Partner with business, platform, and operational stakeholders to drive standardization and process optimization initiatives.
• ● Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, business policies, training materials, and knowledge assets.
• ● Monitor process performance metrics, identify root causes, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
• ● Support governance activities, risk assessments, audits, and control framework implementation.
• ● Identify opportunities for automation and digital solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency. Who We Are Looking For We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you don't meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

• ● Lean Six Sigma certification or familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
