Responsibilities

  • ● Respond incoming phone calls, transfer them to the relevant people, or take messages.
  • ● Check incoming emails, forward them to the relevant people, or reply to them.
  • ● Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and direct them to the relevant people.
  • ● Keep visitor records and issue visitor cards when necessary.
  • ● Manage mail and courier operations.
  • ● Assist appointment and meeting organization.
  • ● Track office supplies and place orders.
  • ● Carry out document and filing operations.
  • ● Comply with the organization's security policies.
  • ● Use the telephone switchboard and other office equipment.
  • ● Respond guest questions and assisting them.
