Responsibilities

  • ● Manage goods movement and goods receipt activities within the warehouse.
  • ● Maintain performance records for each activity to review and monitor productivity.
  • ● Ensure all processes within the function are properly executed and controlled within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • ● Identify operational issues related to stock accuracy and propose solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • ● Monitor and ensure that day-to-day warehouse operations are properly controlled and executed.
  • ● Oversee goods receipt, put-away, inventory movement, dispatch, and export activities within the warehouse.
  • ● Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and customers at all organizational levels.
  • ● Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment for employees.
  • ● Identify operational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and implement solutions to improve operational KPIs.
  • ● Monitor staff performance and take appropriate action when performance or behavior does not comply with company policies and procedures. Qualifications
  • ● Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • ● Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, value-added services (VAS), and returns management.
  • ● Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • ● Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • ● Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and e-commerce operations.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze operational data and develop management and customer KPI reports.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • ● Good command of written and spoken English.
