About the Role

As a Department Manager , you will have overall responsibility for our Key Account Department in Strömstad.

Responsibilities

  • ● , leading both managers and employees across an organisation.
  • ● Through clear leadership, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will develop people, teams, and ways of working. This includes setting clear goals and expectations, providing ongoing feedback, supporting employee development and career growth, and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • ● Lead and further develop the Key Account Department in Strömstad, with responsibility for employee development, service quality, and operational performance.
  • ● Ensure strong collaboration between departments and other stakeholders to create efficient and seamless customs processes.
  • ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • ● Monitor departmental performance through clear objectives, priorities, and performance management.
  • ● Build a culture characterised by collaboration, accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
  • ● Ensure compliance with customs regulations, internal guidelines, and quality standards.
  • ● Contribute actively to organisational development in close collaboration with other leaders.

  • ● Higher education within a relevant field. Extensive and relevant experience may compensate for a lack of formal qualifications.

  • ● Proficiency in Swedish, as well as English.
