About the Company

We are looking for a Supplier Liaison Coordinator to support supplier onboarding, readiness, and compliance as part of a new logistics operating model. Based in Valencia , this role will act as the key link between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring bookings, documentation, cargo readiness, and operational milestones are managed effectively to support seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead supplier onboarding activities, including communications, training, and readiness assessments.
  • ● Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear understanding of processes, requirements, and service expectations.
  • ● Validate supplier information, operational capabilities, documentation processes, and readiness for go-live.
  • ● Monitor booking, documentation, and operational compliance, ensuring timely and accurate shipment execution.
  • ● Identify and escalate potential risks related to cargo readiness, documentation, production, or system issues.
  • ● Support suppliers during implementation phases and provide guidance to resolve operational challenges.
  • ● Track supplier performance, compliance, and recurring issues, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • ● Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Control Tower, Planning, and other stakeholders to enhance supplier performance and operational efficiency.
