Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
  • ● Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
  • ● Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • ● Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
  • ● Identify automation opportunities across processes.
  • ● Accountabilities:
  • ● CI strategy development, implementation & maturity tracking.
  • ● Process Quality ownership & skills gap identification.
  • ● Project and change management support (GSC, Product, Global levels).
  • ● Resource planning
  • ● Risk mitigation through audit frameworks design and enablement
  • ● Quality culture custodian
  • ● Identify Opportunities for Process improvements through Automations

Requirements

  • ● years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields.
  • ● Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt is preferred.
  • ● Hands-on Lean implementation experience, such as value stream mapping and transactional process improvement.
  • ● Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • ● Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.
  • ● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • ● Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions.
  • ● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think across functions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.
