Responsibilities

  • ● As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a part of a team of over 200 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics product, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers.
  • ● Together with the Operations team you will play a key role in designing tailor-made logistics solutions and coordination of various projects for our customers as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment.
  • ● You will be working with all aspects in the project forwarding industry including:
  • ● Further build and lead the executional team in Poland within Project Logistics
  • ● Executing transport and logistics solutions globally
  • ● Manage all operational and documentation aspects of the project(s)
  • ● Collaboration with our sales and business development organization to ensure consistent growth.
  • ● Coordination and planning of solutions for our global customer via your team in close cooperation with our customers
  • ● Project coordination and execution, including on ground supervision via your team
  • ● Potential travel related to projects
  • ● Leading Continuous improvement initiatives bringing efficiencies internally & towards our customers
  • ● Required experience & skills:
  • ● Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • ● Deep understanding of global trade, supply chain operations, and industry-specific challenges.
  • ● + Years Experience with over dimensional transports by sea and/or road
  • ● Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • ● Analytical mindset with financial acumen and project management capabilities.
  • ● Interested in working with different cultures around the world
