Responsibilities

  • ● Capture essential data to design, cost, and price customer solutions.
  • ● Oversee project management activities to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
  • ● Create process flows for key activities.
  • ● Manage tender processes and ensure competitive offers.
  • ● Cover all transport modes with support from colleagues.
  • ● Develop new logistics concepts and value propositions.
  • ● Ideal Candidate:
  • ● Self-driven, can-do attitude, organized, and composed in complex environments.
  • ● Proven track record in government/defense logistics.
  • ● Collaborative team player and trusted partner.
  • ● Excellent Polish, English & German communication skills.
  • ● Commercial knowledge and interest.
  • ● Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • ● High-level understanding of logistics products and solutions.
