Responsibilities

  • ● Within shipping and logistics pro-active communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring transparency end-to-end.
  • ● As our FCL and LCL Operations Associate - Benelux, you will be responsible for a smooth end to end shipment process, both import and export.
  • ● You will monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for your assigned customers, answering customer requests via email, by phone or chat.
  • ● Be the first point of contact for our customers which makes you the face (or voice) of the company.
  • ● You like to go the extra mile to make our customers happy and build strong relationship with them.
  • ● Preparation of transport and customs documents.
  • ● Finding out-of-the box solutions that improve the supply chain of your customers.
  • ● Financial handling of shipments.
