  • ● Lead the overall performance of the site, delivering results across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.
  • ● Develop and coach Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.
  • ● Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement.
  • ● Ensure successful start-up, stabilization, and scaling of complex customer operations.
  • ● Build strong customer relationships and act as the main operational escalation point.
  • ● Manage workforce planning, productivity, and operational costs.
