  • ● Job Responsibilities:
  • ● Plan and dispatch freight orders, monitoring capacity, routes, delivery performance and operational exceptions.
  • ● Lead and develop Inland First Mile Agents, ensuring compliance with safety, transport and company standards.
  • ● Optimize cost, productivity, asset utilization and service performance through continuous improvement.
  • ● Manage transport vendors, internal stakeholders and customer communications.
  • ● Resolve operational disruptions, delivery issues and customer complaints within agreed timelines.
