Responsibilities

  • ● Logistics & Warehouse Operations
  • ● Manage and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
  • ● Ensure smooth execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • ● Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
  • ● Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Warehouse Management System (WMS) & SAP
  • ● Maintain and optimize WMS operations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • ● Utilize WMS for inventory management, order processing, stock reconciliation, reporting, and transaction monitoring.
  • ● Troubleshoot system-related issues and collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to improve system performance.
  • ● Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting within WMS and SAP. Inventory Management
  • ● Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
  • ● Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • ● Seeking approval from customer to do the adjustment with the correct size or colour. Team Leadership
  • ● Supervise warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
  • ● Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.
  • ● Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Reporting & Analysis
  • ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • ● Analyze logistics KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity.
  • ● Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to generate insights and support management decision-making. Stakeholder Management
  • ● Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • ● Support logistics planning and resource allocation to meet business requirements.
