Responsibilities

  • ● LCL Operations Agent role includes handling and managing export/import shipping documents, vendor invoices and system data input and quality check of the same. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
  • ● Check Pre-Alert
  • ● Cargo trucking
  • ● Instruction to GSC for issuing Arrival Notice
  • ● Send documentation to customers Export:
  • ● Receive booking from customers
  • ● Update booking sheet
  • ● Arrange trucking and customs clearance
  • ● Request CFS for receipt slip (nyuukohyou)
  • ● Create Dock Receipt and send it to co-loader and CFS
  • ● Create Shipping Instruction and uploaded it in shared folder
  • ● Send customs permit (yushutu kyokasho) to General:
  • ● Missing/wrong data correction and follow up
  • ● System data review and management
  • ● Vendor invoice/internal billing details review and follow up
  • ● Attend inquiries from customer
  • ● Attend relevant business meeting
  • ● Communication by email with overseas Maersk offices
  • ● Accountability
  • ● Deliver Operational Excellence and superior Customer Experience
