Responsibilities

  • ● Partner with Site Managers and operational stakeholders to drive site profitability, financial accuracy, and business performance
  • ● Monitor and analyze revenue, costs, accruals, and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
  • ● Support month-end close activities through review of operational accruals, financial trends, and performance metrics
  • ● Ensure compliance with customer contracts, billing processes, internal controls, and governance requirements
  • ● Drive operational finance KPIs and Health Metrics through root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • ● Support new customer implementations, process improvements and business transformation initiatives
  • ● Act as the key link between Operations, Commercial, and Financial Business Partner teams
  • ● What We Are Looking For

Requirements

  • ● Business level Japanese and English
  • ● Strong and progressive work experience in accounting, finance controlling or business finance and performance management
  • ● Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance / Accounting preferred
  • ● CPA/CA or knowledge of JGAAP/IFRS is an advantage
  • ● Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • ● Strong understanding of financial reporting, accrual accounting, profitability analysis, and internal controls
  • ● Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
  • ● Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • ● Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
