Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our Ocean Market team. The successful candidate will ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support ocean initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise, business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add value to the business team.

Responsibilities

  • ● Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean market, providing Analysis on financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • ● Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • ● Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.
  • ● Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • ● Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders

Requirements

  • ● MBA-Finance with 8-10 years of overall experience and 5+ years in FPNA.
  • ● Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, BI/BW, Power BI.
  • ● End-to-end ownership and accountability - taking initiative, not waiting for direction.
  • ● Strong stakeholder communication - staying proactive and solution-oriented even when things get messy.
  • ● Resilience under pressure - especially during close cycles and flash discussions.
  • ● Openness to feedback and adaptability - able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • ● Alignment with COE values - collaboration, transparency, and performance storytelling in everything they do.
