Responsibilities

  • ● Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/SAP
  • ● Perform cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy
  • ● Handle stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
  • ● Ensure proper binning and put-away as per defined process
  • ● Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance
  • ● Coordinate with operations team for stock movements
  • ● Identify and report inventory mismatches and damages
  • ● Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and audit requirements

Requirements

  • ● Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
  • ● Knowledge of WMS/SAP systems is an advantage
  • ● Good communication and coordination skills
  • ● Ability to handle pressure during peak operations
  • ● Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
  • ● -5 years for Supervisor role
