Responsibilities

  • ● Operational Management
  • ● Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound and VAS activities.
  • ● Ensure timely completion of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory transactions.
  • ● Monitor productivity and throughput against defined targets.
  • ● Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and operational procedures. Team Management
  • ● Lead and manage warehouse associates and floor staff.
  • ● Allocate manpower effectively based on operational priorities.
  • ● Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers.
  • ● Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee performance. Customer Service & Compliance
  • ● Ensure customer SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
  • ● Support customer visits, audits, and operational reviews.
  • ● Maintain documentation and records as per contractual requirements. Safety & Quality
  • ● Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse regulations.
  • ● Conduct regular safety observations and toolbox talks.
  • ● Support 5S implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • ● Drive a zero-incident and zero-damage culture. Reporting & MIS
  • ● Prepare daily operational reports and KPI dashboards.
  • ● Track productivity, throughput, attendance, OT, and service levels.

Requirements

  • ● Graduate in any discipline.
  • ● years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
