The role involves leading a team of supervisors, team leaders, operators, and associates while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • ● Warehouse Operations Management
  • ● Manage daily inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, and VAS operations.
  • ● Ensure timely receipt, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
  • ● Monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of customer SLAs.
  • ● Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and manpower. 2. Team Leadership & People Management
  • ● Lead and supervise supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse associates.
  • ● Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews.
  • ● Monitor attendance, productivity, absenteeism, and manpower deployment.
  • ● Coach, mentor, and develop team members for enhanced performance.
  • ● Support recruitment, induction, and training activities. 3. Inventory Management
  • ● Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical verification.
  • ● Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • ● Monitor inventory movements and system transactions.
  • ● Ensure inventory integrity and compliance with customer requirements. 4. Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
  • ● Act as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • ● Provide timely updates on operational performance and service issues.
  • ● Support customer visits, audits, and business reviews.
  • ● Resolve operational escalations promptly. 5. Performance & Productivity Management
  • ● Drive productivity improvement initiatives.
  • ● Monitor throughput, utilization, and efficiency metrics.

Requirements
