This shift requires designers who can think beyond screens, embrace ambiguity, and leverage AI throughout the design process to understand problems faster, explore solutions more broadly, and validate ideas earlier. We are looking for a proactive, AI-first Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of operational experiences that support the movement of goods around the world.

About the Role

In this role, you will design the products, workflows, and intelligent experiences that operational teams rely on to deliver transportation services at a global scale. From shipment planning to issue resolution, your work will enable seamless collaboration between users and AI-powered systems across the logistics journey.

  • ● Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and validation.
  • ● Collaborate across Maersk's global design organization to ensure consistency and quality.
  • ● Give and receive constructive feedback to continuously elevate design standards.
