Responsibilities

  • ● Team Leadership & People Management
  • ● Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists and Senior Specialists to deliver against operational and performance targets
  • ● Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and engagement
  • ● Manage workload allocation, capacity planning, and team productivity
  • ● Support onboarding, capability building, and skill development within the team Operational Delivery & Execution Oversight
  • ● Oversee end-to-end landside execution across planning, booking, execution, and order closure (SAP TMS)
  • ● Ensure adherence to service levels, process standards, and operational controls
  • ● Monitor execution health, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • ● Ensure high data accuracy, system compliance, and billing readiness Performance Management & Governance
  • ● Drive performance tracking across operational and financial KPIs (service delivery, cost, productivity)
  • ● Ensure reporting accuracy, visibility, and governance across the portfolio
  • ● Analyse trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
  • ● Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, SOPs, and control mechanisms Stakeholder Management
  • ● Act as key point of contact for regional/front office stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • ● Build strong collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Area teams
  • ● Ensure vendor performance, compliance, and service delivery expectations are met
  • ● Manage escalations and drive stakeholder alignment on priorities Continuous Improvement & Transformation
