About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and people-related matters.
• ● Work closely with warehouse and operational managers to understand their people needs and provide practical HR support.
• ● Guide managers on employee matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• ● Coach and support managers to apply HR policies and processes fairly and consistently.
• ● Manage HR queries, investigate options and collaborate with colleagues across the wider People Function to provide appropriate solutions.
• ● Support key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, job moves and employee exits.
• ● Support the delivery of annual people processes and activities.
• ● Use Workday and ServiceNow to manage HR processes, queries and employee information.
• ● Guide managers and employees in using HR systems and processes effectively.
• ● Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR documentation.
• ● Support the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• ● Contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience across the Doncaster site.

Requirements

• ● ofessional with strong generalist HR knowledge and a practical approach to supporting managers and employees.
• ● Ideally, you will have:
• ● Previous experience as a People Advisor, HR Advisor or within a similar HR role .
• ● Broad generalist HR experience, with the confidence to advise managers across a range of people matters.
• ● Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• ● The confidence to coach and advise managers at different levels within the organisation.
• ● The ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
• ● A practical, solutions-focused approach with good judgement.
• ● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
