About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Lead strategic customer pursuits from qualification through to proposal submission and contract award.
• ● Establish governance structures, pursuit plans, milestones and deliverables for complex opportunities.
• ● Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• ● Facilitate the development of integrated end-to-end logistics solutions spanning transportation, warehousing, technology and control tower capabilities.
• ● Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into a single customer-focused solution.
• ● Act as the primary orchestrator between Product, Commercial, Operations, Technology and customer-facing teams.
• ● Drive decision making, issue resolution and executive stakeholder alignment.
• ● Coordinate pricing activities and support business case development.
• ● Ensure alignment between solution design, operational assumptions and commercial proposals.
• ● Manage risks, dependencies and resource requirements throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
• ● Provide executive reporting and governance updates.
• ● Capture lessons learned and improve future solution development practices.
• ● + years of experience in logistics, supply chain, solution development, programme management, consulting or related environments.
• ● Strong understanding of integrated logistics, transportation operations and supply chain design.
• ● Commercial awareness with exposure to pricing, solution costing and business case development.
• ● Ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and evolving environments.

• ● Exposure to transportation management, warehousing, forwarding and supply chain technology solutions.
• ● Project or programme management training or certifications.
