Responsibilities

  • ● Whether it's a simple question or a more complex issue, you will be a trusted point of contact and help ensure that every interaction with HR is a positive experience.
  • ● As an HR Advisor, you will handle HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, ensuring they receive an excellent HR experience. Specifically, you will:
  • ● Take ownership of inquiries regarding HR policies and processes by understanding needs, evaluating options, developing solutions, and collaborating with HR colleagues when necessary.
  • ● Work closely with warehouse managers, particularly on absence management and disciplinary matters.
  • ● Support managers in developing and implementing an employee engagement plan for the site.
  • ● Actively use Workday (our HR system) and maintain case trackers, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • ● Assist with questions related to benefits, policies, and processes, including research, problem-solving, and coordination with the HR team.
  • ● Train and guide employees and managers on HR systems and the HR service model.
  • ● Support the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, internal transfers, offboarding, and more.
  • ● Implement a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all employees receive important site and company information (e.g., through notice boards, digital screens, and shift briefings).
  • ● Ensure accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date maintenance of HR-related documentation, including personnel files, HR policies, compliance records, compensation, and benefits documentation. What You Bring

  • ● Knowledge of German labor law and a solid understanding of HR fundamentals, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • ● Fluent German and good English language skills.
