  • ● Coordinate with internal teams, ground handling agents and other partners, particularly during delays, disruptions and operational recovery.
  • ● Identify and escalate safety, security, compliance or operational risks, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • ● Exercise appropriate operational authority, including rejecting non-compliant loading proposals and requesting corrective actions where required.
  • ● Solid experience in airline operations, ground handling, cargo operations, load control, flight dispatch or a similar aviation environment.
  • ● Practical experience with aircraft loading and Weight & Balance, with cargo handling or operational control experience an advantage.
  • ● Good understanding of aviation safety, operational requirements and EASA regulations.
  • ● A relevant aviation, logistics or operational qualification; Weight & Balance / Load Control certification is an advantage.
  • ● Dangerous Goods awareness and an understanding of special cargo handling requirements.
  • ● Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
  • ● A safety-focused, structured and collaborative approach, with strong English language skills.
