• ● Lead the Next Evolution of Assurance
• ● Define and implement the future vision for Site Maturity Assessment and S&R Assurance.
• ● Further mature assurance practices across Logistics & Services while supporting greater alignment across the wider Maersk organization.
• ● Establish S&R Assurance as a critical component within the broader assurance and accountability framework.
• ● Drive Operations Excellence
• ● Connect assurance, operational risk, continuous improvement, and frontline operations.
• ● Use insights and assessments to improve operational performance and reduce risk.
• ● Position assurance as a business performance driver rather than simply a compliance activity.
