Role Summary We are looking for high-potential junior talents or fresh graduates to join our logistics operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • ● Support daily logistics operations (shipment tracking, status updates, exception follow-up)
  • ● Monitor shipment progress and proactively flag risks or delays
  • ● Handle inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • ● Ensure accurate data entry and maintain operational records
  • ● Follow standard procedures to ensure compliance and service quality
  • ● Work closely with team members and support cross-team coordination
